You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without any penalty. Any cancellation requests following this may result in 50% fee for the service(s) scheduled to the card on file. Same day cancellations or reschedules & no shows will result in the full appointment fee charged to the card on file. Please note: We have a 15 minute late policy.
